therapy

Dancing is the best therapy for a long day. It's funny.. I don't go to meet people or anything. I just go until I feel totally relaxed and with the music and as soon as that happens, I'm good to go and I leave. Sometimes it takes an hour, sometimes two, sometimes three. On rare occasions nothing feels good and I leave early anyway :P But usually I stay until I'm confident that I can go home and not be grouchy or frustrated. So everyone who thinks I'm too nice and am penning up all my anger until I explode.. you should be glad that I dance, because it makes me a happy, happy person that's much more pleasant to be around ;o)
