Headed to the library to watch "Bhaji on the Beach" for my English class. It's a story about a group of Indian women living in England, and about how they cope with all their family problems and things when they're on a trip to the seaside. I thought it was a very well done movie. It definitely raised a lot of great issues and questions about living in diaspora, about growing up from a different culture and adjusting to another. So yes, I really enjoyed that and definitely don't feel like it was a waste of my time or anything.
Now it's 4 and I'm back to doing homework. I finally started using my radio to listen to music instead of just as an alarm clock, and I'm really enjoying my Oldies and The Drive. :D
