note to self...

don't go more than 16 hours without eating while dancing for three hours and then being stressed out because when you wake up, you will feel like simultaneously retching and collapsing and then when you finally do eat your stomach won't want it anymore. Fortunately.. one of my coworkers brought me a smoothie. Oh and it's donut day. Not that either of those things will help all that much :P
*eats slowly*
